If you have a broken single pane window it can typically be done in one visit if the glass isn't required to be tempered safety glass, oversized, or a color or texture that isn't in our current inventory.
What is a single pane window?
A single pane window is typically found in older homes. If you have an older aluminum or steel frame you most likely have single pane windows. Single pane glass is fairly thin in most residential applications.
Why would I need tempered safety glass?
A good rule of thumb is if your broken glass is in a door, in the bathroom, or within two feet of a door or off the ground there is a good chance you will be required to have tempered safety glass installed. Tempered glass is ordered to size and takes approximately 1-3 days for our manufacturer to produce it.
